Wollongong Private Hospital provides a full offering of medical, surgical and maternity services to residents of the Illawarra and South Coast. Our range of clinical services are supported by comprehensive support services including onsite diagnostic facilities, retail pharmacy, allied health, rehabilitation and specialist medical consulting suites.

Wollongong Private Hospital’s brand new purpose-designed building sets the benchmark in private health care facilities in the Illawarra. The 151 bed facility includes 10 state of the art operating theatres, angiography suite, day surgery unit, 10 bed intensive care unit, 6 coronary care beds, 8 chair day oncology ward, 25 bed maternity unit, and a 6 cot low dependency special care nursery. All patient rooms are well-appointed with ensuite facilities, television, telephones and sweeping views of the ocean or escarpment.

 

Dr Moloney has been working in the Wollongong area since the 1980s.

He has an appointment to the Wollongong Private Hospital, and as a Ramsay Hospital it is a world class establishment that is extremely well equipped with the latest technology. It has excellent theatre, ward and ancillary staff from specialist areas within the hospital such as intensive care and radiology.
